Benicio del Toro is expecting a child with reality star Kimberly Stewart, reports the Associated Press.

A spokeswoman for the 44-year-old actor says del Toro is looking forward to the baby’s arrival, although del Toro and Stewart, who is Rod Stewart’s daughter, are not a couple.

“Benicio is the father and is very supportive,” publicist Robin Baum added.

Del Toro won an Academy Award for his supporting role in 2000′s “Traffic.” His other credits include “The Wolfman,” “Sin City” and “21 Grams.”

The 31-year-old Stewart starred in the 2007 reality show “Living with … Kimberly Stewart.”
