Boeing 747-8’s first flight delayed

Boeing 747-8 First Flight: The maiden voyage of the Boeing 747-8, which was supposedly scheduled for today, had been delayed due to bad weather conditions, despite passing all security checks.

The Boeing 747-8 is the 15th model of the 747 jumbo jet series popularized by Boeing, ever since the first model rolled out in 1969. The Boeing 747 series has been a substantially popular choice among aircraft carriers for passenger vessels. The 747-8 has passed all security checks, including a “taxi test” last Saturday, with official reports stating that the new Boeing model “performed well”.

However, the Boeing 747-8 had been grounded for quite some time now due to unfavorable weather. The aircraft had been scheduled to liftoff at around 10a.m. PST on Monday.
