Brooklyn Decker, wife of tennis star Andy Roddick, was unveiled as this year’s cover girl for Sports Illustrated swimsuit edition.

When the magazine’s cover was first unveiled, the model tweeted to her fans: “THANK YOU EVERYONE!!! I Wish I could respond to every single one of you but thank you so much for your AMAZINGLY sweet tweets!”

The 22-year-old Decker, who married Roddick in April last year, has been featured in the Sports Illustrated swimsuit edition since 2006. It’s only this year that she was selected to be featured on the front cover.  She has also guest starred on a few TV series such as Chuck and Ugly Betty.

Decker is the 47^th cover girl for SI’s swimsuit issue. Other models who graced SI’s swimsuit edition covers were last year’s cover girl Bar Rafaeli, Tyra Banks and Heidi Klum.
