Bengal WR Chris Henry has died from injuries he obtained after falling off a moving pick-up truck Wednesday afternoon. He was 26.

Chris Henry sustained critical injuries after he was thrown off the back of a pick-up truck that Loleini Tonga, his fiancee, was driving. Chris Henry was put into life support and had been admitted in a hospital since Wednesday.

Reports state that Henry and Tonga had a “domestic situation”, which led to Henry falling off the truck, although the exact reasons are yet unknown. Police investigators are looking into the possibility of homicide, but did not take Tonga into custody even after interrogating her.

As of yet, no charges have been filed.

Henry had been charged for numerous offenses in the past, including assault, and marijuana and gun possession in the past. He was ousted from the Cincinnati Bengals in 2008, but was given another chance shortly after. Since then, Henry seemed to have straightened out, according to a report by People.
