Actress and model Clare Grant and “Family Guy” star Seth Green have confirmed reports of their engagement, according to PEOPLE.com.

“Yeah, we did it!” Green said on Wednesday while at the launch party of Tarina Tarantino Sephora in Hollywood.

36-year-old Green, co-creator and producer of “Robot Chicken,” reportedly popped the question on New Year’s Eve, according to an E! insider. But a source informed PEOPLE that the wedding proposal happened on a different date.

Grant, the bride-to-be, appeared in a number films including “Walk the Line” and “Black Snake Moan.” She is currently working with Tarina Tarantino to design her bridesmaid gifts and wedding day hairpiece, a source said.

The couple is believed to finally tie the knot sometime in May this year.
