Deadline: stop-motion video made of post-it notes (VIDEO)
 

Design student Bang-yao Liu created a stop-motion video titled “Deadline” using Post-It notes as his senior project for Savannah College of Art and Design.

The stop-motion video required 3 months of planning, 4 days of filming, and over 6000 post-it notes.

The designer stated, “Where my idea comes from is that every time when I am busy, I feel that I am not fighting with my works, I am fighting with those post-it notes and deadline.”

Such was his creativity that it even made actor Ashton Kutcher tweet about the video here and here.

The actor says, “When ever I see stuff like that I’m humbled by the collective creativity of people. thnx Bang-Yao Liu you inspire me.”

The video was directed by Bang-yao Liu. Music was made by  Röyksopp while  sound design was done by Shaun Burdick.. The actor in the video Deadline is Chun-yao Huang.
