Bordering on the divorce agreement that she’s not to discuss Tiger Woods’ infidelities in public, 30-year-old Elin Nordegren, speaks to People magazine (out on Friday).

Nordegren spoke for 19 hours for four days.  She made it clear this interview would be one-time only.

Among clarified are:  The golf club she hit Tiger with:  “Ridiculous.”

Her role of nonchalant wife:  “I’m so embarrassed I never suspected – not one.  For the past 3 1/2 years when this was going on, I was home a lot more with pregnancies, then the children and my school.”

On why she is speaking only now:  “I haven’t felt ready but now I see it as a step toward putting it behind me.”

On the undisclosed amount of the settlement she said that it would be enough for her not to work for awhile and focus only on raising her children.

Throughout all these Nordegren was a night student completing her 40 credits to get a bachelor’s degree in psychology.

People Magazine also reports that during one of the interviews Tiger arrived with the children to which Elin reacts to with kindness and respect.

As to forgiveness:  “It takes time.  I know I will get there eventually.”
