Actress Elizabeth Hurley‘s divorce from Indian businessman Arun Nayar has been finalized.

According to reports, a court in London granted the divorce decree on Wednesday, but neither party was in attendance.

The couple, who married in 2007 in an England castle, split last year after three years of marriage. Hurley’s grounds for filing divorce was Nayar’s “unreasonable behavior.”

Hurley has a son, who is 9, with her ex Stephen Bing. She also used to date actor Hugh Grant but they split after 13 years of being together.
