Enrique Iglesias won’t be joining Britney Spears on an upcoming tour despite her announcement that he would, reports The Associated Press.
Spears said Tuesday morning on ABC’s “Good Morning America” that the pair would be hitting the road together, but according to the Latin singer’s representative Gary Mantoosh, his client and Spears “won’t tour despite initial reports based on formal discussions of the possible run.”
Mantoosh’s statement also says Iglesias “is very sorry for the confusion this might have caused to anyone.”
Iglesias is on tour in Europe while Spears released Tuesday her seventh album, “Femme Fatale.”
