Wrestling legend Hulk Hogan was rushed to the hospital on Monday because of excruciating back pain.

His rep confirmed the news and said that the 57-year-old was admitted to the Morton Plant Hospital in Clearwater, Florida.

According to TMZ, they were able to speak with Hogan and they learned that he was “picking up seashells this weekend with his girlfriend Jennifer…and the constant bending over eventually got the better of him.”

Hogan, whose real name is Terry Bollea, recorded a video of himself inside the emergency room and posted it on twitvid on Monday. He was telling his fans, “My back went into a major spasm from hip all the way to the middle of my back – it just totally overwhelmed me.”

He made another twitvid on Tuesday, saying that he had a series of tests lined up for that day and that he was feeling better. He could be in the hospital for at least two more days.
