Longtime couple Javier Bardem and Penelope Cruz had a low-key wedding ceremony earlier this month at their friend’s home in the Bahamas.

Bardem and Cruz, who started dating when they worked together in “Vicky Christina Barcelona” in 2007, invited a select number of family members as witnesses to their exchange of vows.

According to Cruz’s rep, the bridal gown was designed by John Galliano, who is a friend of the bride.

The Spanish couple has starred together in three movies and has always tried to maintain their relationship private.

Just recently, Bardem announced that he is set to guest star on Fox’s comedy musical series “Glee.” He also won the Cannes Film Festival Best Actor award and dedicated it to his new wife.
