I don't understand why the trial judge has the right to cancel on a judge that has a higher rank. The judge shold know that the Constitution allows gay marriage and such behavior could end up with a job dismiss. We can't play with the law: one judge says it's ok, than another one comes and says it's not ok, especially when the matter is related to fundamental human rights.
