Somthing is setting this off and either the gov. doesn't want to know or doesn't want anyone to know. We have school kids in the US that go on these types of rampages and we only touched on the possible cause but it has to do with the schools social order. China may have some sort of social dynamic that is causing this. There has to be more to this story.
