Screenwriter Lee Kirk and “The Office” actress Jenna Fischer tied the knot over the weekend in a private ceremony in Malibu.

The two have been dating for more than 2 years and got engaged summer last year while vacationing in Europe. They publicly announced their relationship in September 2008 at the Emmy Awards.

Fischer’s co-star Rainn Wilson, who plays the weirdo Dwight K. Schrute on the comedy series, attended the wedding and tweeted, “Went to the most beautiful wedding I’ve ever experienced. Total Love, Jenna Fischer & Lee Kirk!”

36-year-old Fischer, who plays the role of receptionist-turned-saleswoman Pam Beasley, was previously married to director James Gunn. They divorced in 2007.

This is Kirk’s first marriage.
