Actor Liam Neeson‘s cameo in “Hangover 2” has been cut.
According to Variety, the actor played a tattoo artist in Bangkok, Thailand in the sequel of the surprise blockbuster hit comedy. However, his scenes were edited out after director Todd Phillips decided to do some reshoots and Neeson could no longer accommodate the film due to scheduling conflicts.
“The Notebook” director Nick Cassavetes took his place instead.
Phillips said,“We were in a complete time crunch so I called up Nick and asked if he would do the part,” Phillips explained. “He came in and crushed it and that is the scene that you will ultimately see in the film. [I’m excited for everyone] to see the film. It turned out great.”
