After leaving his wife of over 30 years, actor Mel Gibson found love for a little over a year then got a physical abuse charge filed against him by this same woman he chose to leave his wife for.

Oksana Grigorieva, 40, a Russian pianist, filed charges against Gibson, 54, last  January 6, 2010 and the Los Angeles Police Department are gathering more information against the allegations to add to the taped conversation of Grigorieva with Gibson wherein racial slurs were mentioned and the actual admittance of Gibson hitting her.

It was to be remembered that on July 28, 2006 Mel Gibson was arrested for DUI and admitted to the anti-Semitic remarks he gave arresting officers to which he later publicly apologized for.

Gibson has seven children with former wife Robyn while Grigorieva has a child with actor Timothy Dalton.
