Motley Crue’s Vince Neil charged with battery

Motley Crue frontman Vince Neil has been slapped with two misdemeanor criminal charges in Las Vegas, only about six weeks after being released from prison for drunk driving.

Neil’s ex-girlfriend, Alicia Jacobs, filed a complaint on Tuesday, accusing him of “forcefully poking her right shoulder blade.”

According to documents filed in a Clark County court in Nevada, Neil “forced his way into the Shimmer lounge [at the Las Vegas Hilton] while a performance was occurring …. and poked three people with his right index finger … each time stating the words, ‘f**k you.’” The three people were Jacobs, a local journalist named John Katsilometes and Wayne Newton’s sister-in-law Patricia McCrone. He is facing domestic violence and disorderly conduct charges.

Neil, 50, is scheduled to appear in the Las Vegas Justice Court on May 2.
