The future of Dallas Cowboy Nick Folk may be in question Saturday night, after another missed field goal attempt in their last game with the New Orleans Saints.

Folk’s miss makes the Saints game his sixth straight game wherein he missed a field goal attempt, and maintains his record at 4 for 11.

Cowboys owner Jerry Jones did not say whether he’s going to scrap Folk from the team, or even as kicker, but he does leave with an ominous “I’ll look at that as early as tonight and tomorrow.” Jones plans to collaborate with coach Wade Phillips on the plane ride home.

Cowboys LB DeMarcus Ware steps up to Folk’s defense, saying “You didn’t lose this game,” referring to the Cowboys’ win against the Saints 24-17, breaking the Saints’ undefeated record.

“But next week you really need to focus and get the job done. Nick Folk is going to do that.”
