Rachael Ray says that she has had no regrets over a racy photoshoot she did in 2003, and will happily do it again, given the chance.

In an interview with ABC Nightline scheduled to air on Monday, the celebrity cook and TV personality says that she “would like to do it again tomorrow”, referring to a controversial photoshoot she had for men’s magazine FHM back in 2003.

“I think I was 35 at the time,” relates Rachael. “I thought, ‘If I’m gutsy enough to do this, this is a good thing for everybody. This is the everywoman, here she is.

“And I did it, and it was the most scared I’ve ever been, and I wouldn’t change a thing. I’d do it again tomorrow.”

Rachael’s photoshoot was criticized by many in their heyday, including Rachael’s mother.
