Reese Witherspoon married her fiancé, Hollywood agent Jim Toth, in California Saturday, reports the Associated Press, however no details about the ceremony have been revealed.

The Oscar-winning actress and Toth announced their engagement in December.

Witherspoon won an Academy Award for her portrayal of June Carter in 2005′s “Walk the Line.” Her other film credits include “Legally Blonde,” “Four Christmases” and the forthcoming “Water for Elephants.”

She was previously married to actor Ryan Phillippe, with whom she has two children: 11-year-old daughter Ava and 7-year-old son Deacon.

Toth is an agent for Creative Artists Agency.
