Sarah Palin continues to stir up publicity by continuing her feud with David Letterman, as she insists that the The Late Show host comedian owes her an apology.

Palin, during her interview on the Today Show on Friday, called Matt Lauer “extremely naive” if he believed Letterman’s explanation of the whole issue. Lauer, in the interview, noted that Letterman never mentioned Palin’s 14-year-old daughter Willow.

“I would like to see him apologize to young women across the country for contributing to that, kind of that thread that is throughout our culture that makes it sound like it’s OK to talk about young girls in that way. Where it’s kind of OK, accepted, and funny to talk about statutory rape. It’s not cool. It’s not funny.”

Letterman used Palin and her daughter as the subject of a joke about teen pregnancy.
