Actor Sean Bean was stabbed in a bar brawl Sunday night in London.

According to reports, Bean came to the aid of his female model companion, 22-year-old April Summers, after she got some inappropriate comments from a passerby.

A staff from the bar said, “Sean is a regular here and we’ve never had any problems before. He was with a very attractive woman and an incident occurred outside the bar.”

The 52-year-old actor reportedly walked up to the man and challenged him to a fight. He got punched in the face and stabbed in the arm with broken glass. He allegedly refused to go to a hospital.

Bean, who plays Eddard Stark in HBO’s “Game of Thrones,” also starred in the “Lord of the Rings” trilogy as Boromir.
