Selma Blair is going to be a first-time mom.

The 38-year-old actress, who has spent half her life in showbiz, is taking her time off to focus on having a baby.

“I’m having a great pregnancy,” Blair told Access Hollywood at the premiere of Brooke Shields’ play, “Girls Talk,” in LA on Friday.

“It’s due this summer. I’m not going to say what [the sex] is yet.Hopefully it’s one or the other. Who knows these days!” she added, laughing.

The baby will be the first child for the actress, and she says she also has the usual gestational cravings, like eating pancakes all day!

“I don’t eat gluten, so I eat gluten-free pancakes. It’s a little better, but not much!” she told Access.
