Rapper T.I. and his wife Tiny were arrested by the police on Wednesday in Los Angeles, after the authorities smelled traces of marijuana coming from couple’s vehicle while at a traffic stop in West Hollywood.

According to reports, when the police searched the car, they found and confiscated ecstasy and methamphetamines from the two.

The Grammy Award-winning rapper, whose real name is Clifford Harris, Jr., had already been jailed for drug use before. He is actually still on probation for charges on illegally purchasing machine guns.

Just last month, the 29-year-old rapper/actor told Associated Press, “Right now, it’s all about moving forward and just acknowledging the blessings that are here today. Just moving past the regrets of yesterday – the things that could’ve been done better.”

T.I. and Tameka “Tiny” Cottle were released this morning after posting a $10,000 bail.
