Tiger Woods is apparently ready to quit golfing, his lifestream and career, to save his marriage to Elin Nordegren, according to a report by a British tabloid.

The British tabloid The Sun reports that Nordegren, for concern of their two young children, has decided that she would stay with Tiger, although everything is apparently not ok-and-forgiven yet. She’s reportedly given Tiger an ultimatum : “It’s golf or me.”

“They have agreed to try and rebuild their marriage, but Elin will be the one calling the shots,” a friend of the couple said, as quoted by the report. “Tiger will have to work long and hard to get her to trust him again. Quitting golf shows he is willing to sacrifice something he loves so much to protect his family.”

Tiger’s marriage has been strained by recent revelations that he had been cheating on his wife. Ever since his supposed accident last November, approximately 8 to 10 “Tiger mistresses” have surfaced, depending on report sources.
