Tiger’s injuries may have been caused by wife
Tiger's "car crash injuries" may just have been caused by his wife, according to one theory. Police are still planning on interrogating Tiger himself about the accident he had Friday, but Tiger reportedly had a conversation with a source after the accident explaining what happened, according to a report by TMZ.
While the validity of the details has yet to be confirmed, the source says that Tiger confessed that he and Elin Nordegren, his wife, got into a heated argument regarding rumors that he had been seeing other women. As the report goes, Elin scratched Tiger’s face, wounding his lips, and chased him with a golf club as he tried to get away in his Cadillac Escape. Elin kept hitting the vehicle with the golf club, and confused Tiger, making him hit a fire hydrant and a tree on the other side of the road.
Additionally, the report states that Tiger admitted to taking prescription medicine for some injuries, which could have contributed to reason why he actually hit the hydrant in the first place.
